If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly exchange it or issue you a refund. All returns/exchanges must be done withing 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending your product back. All items returned without a RMA number will incur a restocking fee, and may delay the exchange process.
